The CCS granulation line will take care of your mixer and fluid bed granulation in future. Thanks to efficient wet granulation with subsequent drying, you will be able to produce most common recipes - from clinical samples to production batches. With through-the-wall installation, intuitive user guidance and short set-up times, you set new standards for your granulation line.

You benefit from a control system that enables recipe creation via a phase concept. Your batch data acquisition and documentation is carried out with 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software. Depending on your individual processes, the product flow can be realised either vertically or horizontally. If you also require spray granulation in the fluidized bed, this can be prepared and retrofitted. In the same way, you can secure special solutions in the area of containment in the pharmaceutical sector.
