SPA - Laboratory mixing plants for dough production in many variants
For safe product development
Your main benefits
- Raw material analysis for quality determination
- Recipe analysis to optimize ingredient content
- Product development by comparing different recipe components
- Optimization of the mixing process through comparative methods
This mixing plant is characterized by an optimal combination of the mixing process and so ware for process visualization. The plant consists of a maximum of four spiral mixers, type DIOSNA SP 12, which are coupled together with a programmable logic controller.
With the spiral mixer SP 12, this laboratory plant combines short kneading times, high kneading intensity and universal usability in a practical table-top system. Versions with two, three or four integrated spiral mixers are available. A connnected PC enables parameter control and documentation of time, energy, temperature and rotations. The visualization of the mixing processes also takes place via a PC, which is equipped with software based on a WINDOWS operating system and also supports common subprograms (for example Excel). The mixers can be controlled individually or as a group. The plant is controlled via a PLC system control, integrated in the switch cabinet. Operation via PC can be carried out either on the left or right side. The switch cabinet is located on the opposite side. Two different, mobile tables made of stainless steel are available. The smaller version holds two mixers, the larger three or four. For power supply 400V 50Hz is available.
