Our application process
Step by step
Upload your application document, including CV, letter of motivation and relevant certificates in PDF format, directly via our online portal. Make sure that all the important information is included so that we can get a good impression of you.
Our recruiting team will carefully review your documents. We attach great importance to taking the time to understand your qualifications and experience.
If we are convinced by your application, we will invite you to an initial interview. This can take place over the phone, via video or on site - whichever suits you best. Here we want to find out more about your motivation and goals.
In a further interview, we will discuss your professional skills and how you can contribute to our team. Depending on the position, practical tests or tasks may also be part of this interview. Depending on the area of work, a trial day could also be part of the selection process.
If everything fits, you will receive an offer from us via our digital applicant platform to finalise the recruitment process. We will then send you a contract offer by email and we will clarify any outstanding issues together. After signing the contract, it's time to say Welcome to DIOSNA!

You can easily apply via our online application portal. Please note that our application process takes place exclusively via the portal and we are therefore unable to accept postal applications. We look forward to receiving your application.
Your application should include a current CV and relevant certificates. A letter of motivation is not mandatory, but can be an advantage. If you are applying for a technical position, work samples or projects are also helpful. Please also state your desired starting date and, for specialists and managers, your salary expectations.
There are a few simple steps to follow when applying via our applicant portal. You must first provide some personal details and then have the option of uploading your documents as files. Please make sure that the attachments in your application are in JPG, PDF or Word format and do not exceed a total size of 2 MB. Ideally, your documents should be summarised in a maximum of five files.
